• Full-stack work in TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and Flutter on a live platform.
• Built and maintained the Flutter vendor application: seller listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Worked across the marketplace domain: vendor onboarding and management, product catalog, search, and categories, cart and checkout across multiple vendors, and delivery and logistics.
• Backend and frontend migrations: framework and version upgrades, restructuring the codebase into clearer modules, and MongoDB schema migrations against live data.
• Role-based access control across vendor and administrative roles.
• Arabic/English localization across the platform and the mobile client.

• Runs an aquatic center hosting about 60 events and 120+ event-days a year, including competitive swim meets.
• Operates swim meet timing and scoreboard systems: Colorado Timing System, Swiss Timing, Daktronics OmniSport, and Hy-Tek Meet Manager.

Real-time video surveillance and analytics: face detection, person tracking, identification, and automated watchlist monitoring. In active development.

• Python microservices with FastAPI and YOLO, Vue front end, identification on face embeddings.
• Consolidated the architecture from 20 services to 12, reducing redundancy and disk lock contention.
• Merged three deduplication systems into one unified service and API while preserving profile-based matching accuracy.
• Built real-time watchlist monitoring into the stream pipeline with WebSocket alerts and cooldowns.
• Moved face processing off the main detection thread to asynchronous processing.
